About

I am a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher and I am specialized in breathwork and pranayama. I have a Life Awareness breathwork certification. I have learned so much about how to use certain breathing techniques to deeply relax, heal, focus, meditate, improve general health, reduce stress and anxiety. Personally I use it daily.

I facilitate workshops on Breathwork and nervous system regulation and mindfulness. I am vegetarian/vegan retreat chef I use mindfulness modalities to bring presence in my work and life. So preparing food for example becomes a meditation of some sort. With devotion I infuse attention and intention into the food that I lovingly prepare for the guests that come to the South of France to work on their spiritual development. I am committed to live with intention, authenticity and connection.
